When we receive your notebook, one of our technicians will diagnose the problem and contact you with an estimate for the price of the repair and necessary parts. Most repairs can be completed in 1-2 business days, unless parts must be ordered. Your $39.95 diagnosis fee will be applied to the total price of the repair. Should you choose not to make the repair, your notebook will be shipped back to you at no additional charge.

Print out a copy of your invoice and fill out and print our REPAIR FORM with a detailed description of the problems your notebook is having. Include both when you ship your notebook. Also include any factory CD's you may have for your computer in case they are necessary.
