If
your Logitech WiLife Camera is on the fritz, it is most likely because
of a known defect in these models. If your camera is exhibiting symptoms of going offline for periods of time and coming back randomly, or was doing this prior to no longer being detected, we can usually fix it for
a mere $30 instead of it being replaced for $200.

When we receive your camera, one of our technicians will diagnose the problem to ensure the problem is in fact related to the defective boards. Most repairs can be completed in 1-2 business days, unless parts must be ordered.
Print out a copy of your invoice and fill out and print our REPAIR FORM with a detailed description of the problems your camera is exhibiting. Include both when you ship your camera.
